We need a healthy diet to maintain good health and prevent diseases such as cancer and diabetes.

How many fruits and vegetables are needed daily?
To maintain good health a person needs seven fifty-five servings of fruits and vegetables daily. It is also important to consume different types of fruits and vegetables rather than eating the same types of vegetables all the time. Eating an apple a day is a good goal, but be sure to eat other fruits and vegetables as well. If you have a hard time eating your vegetables, you can also make a green smoothie or put vegetables in a juicer. Just be sure to add the pulp back into another recipe to get fiber.
