How to Make Healthy Fruit Filled Pancakes With Everybody Loves

You need:.

Olive Oil.

Butter, Organic w / o salt.
2 T.

4 T.

 Flax Seed.
2 C.

 Whole wheat flour or 1C.
 Rice Flour and 1C Mobile Whole wheat flour.

2 T.
 or Pkg.

1/2 t.

 Baking soda.
1 1/2 t.

 Baking Soda.
2 eggs or Egg white Organic.

 Rice Dream.

 Tint Frozen Mixed Berries Chopped.

Maple Syrup.


one. In a bowl mix together flour, Stevia, Flax Seed, Baking Soda, baking powder and cornmeal. In another bowl mix together the eggs, rice dream and 2 T. melted butter (you can omit the butter and using 2 T. olive oil).

Two. What is stevia and why should I put it in my pancake mix? Stevia is an herb from South America, and is 20 times sweeter than sugar. Stevia is anti-fungal, anti-yeast and feeds pancreas. (Wonderful for all and very good for diabetics).

three. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together and fold in the fruit. Lets put bananas inside, or fresh blueberries if they are available.

Four. Pour 1 to 2 T. olive oil in the pan over medium heat and pour in the pancake to the size you prefer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Top with a little more fruit and Maple Syrup if you wish.

Tips and Warnings

Make a double batch and freeze in sealed bags in storage on a morning you have no time.
