The lemonade detox plan involves a process designed to eliminate body toxins while aligning the body’s balance of vitamins and minerals. The process takes no more than 10 days, and users are encouraged not to go beyond two weeks. The soda detox starts with a drink of purified water and freshly squeezed lemon juice that has other ingredients added to the maple syrup and cayenne pepper.

Preparing to undergo soda detox starts with removing all foods that can harm the body, such as meat and processed foods the first day. On the second day, you should diet consist of juice only. On the third and last day before going on lemonade detox, you should drink two liters of orange juice mixed with two tablespoons of maple syrup. The preparation process “readies” your body change so the system is shocked by the detox plan.

Making the lemonade juice for detox is simple enough. It is formulated by mixing 2 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice, a pinch of cayenne pepper (to induce metabolic action), 1 to 2 tsp. of maple syrup and 10 oz. of water. Three liters of this concoction be drunk during the day.


In the evening, a salt water flush is used to clean the system. Approximately 16 oz. of hot water should be mixed with 1 tsp. sea ??salt, and consumed at one at one time. It is recommended that you do not immediately make a stool unless you can not keep it. Expect 6:57 stool after this. Cons
A common side effect of the detox process is dizziness caused by the body’s withdrawal from toxins that normally occupies system. Another disadvantage this diet may pose immediate gain of weight after the 10-day detox process. Weight loss after detox is mainly from loss of fluids. Moreover, as the body saves energy, it tends to lower the metabolic rate. This is the primary reason why some people gain weight after the detox process.
