The pH Miracle Diet was created by Dr. Robert Young. It is based on the belief that because the body is slightly alkaline, eating high acidity food creates a pH imbalance. This imbalance can lead to illness, fatigue and a variety of conditions. Dr. Young claims that regulate the body’s pH balance through diet heals body and prevents diseases. Foods are divided into three categories based on the acidity their: food to enjoy free, food to enjoy in moderation and foods you should never eat.
