Knowing how to eat out and eat healthy can save you from gaining weight. Choose your menu options carefully and avoid places that have no healthy options. Go easy on condiments like soy sauce that is high in sodium, avoid fried foods like tempura, and do not eat raw fish if you are pregnant.
