To lose weight quickly, you have to cut off your carbohydrate intake. This may sound difficult, but it’s really not. The first thing you need to do is to clean out your closet. Throw or give away all the junk food that you know it’s not healthy for you. Soda, cookies, chips. . . . etc. Stock your pantry and refrigerator with healthy snacks such as low fat string cheese and nuts.
For breakfast, eat an egg dish. Hard boil eggs are great. If you want to eat more than one egg to be full, just eat the yolk of one egg. Then you can eat as much egg white as you want. You can also make an omelet with fresh vegetables and low-fat cheese. Drink a cup of green tea instead of coffee with cream and sugar. If you need some meat for breakfast, the Canadian bacon do. Remember, no carb so no bread and no fruit.
For lunch, eat salad. You can eat as much salad as you want. Pick green vegetables for more nutrition. No potato, corn or carrot. They are “carb” vegetables. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber and celery are great. You can also add some chicken, tuna or shrimp salad. The key is to make your own dressing. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar and some herbs (basil, rosemary, oregano or whatever you have on hand) makes a no carb salad dressing.
If you get hungry in the afternoon, have some healthy snacks. Low fat string cheese or some nuts.
For dinner, have a piece of meat or fish. Cook it with a little oil and use the herb to add flavor. Eat some veggie for side. Still hungry? Have a little more lettuce. No bread, rice or pasta. And sorry, no dessert.
By following this diet, you can lose 7 pounds in one week. I am 5? and was 130 pounds when I started the diet. My original plan was to lose 5 pounds in 2 or 3 weeks. But I ended up losing 7 pounds in just one week! No more diet needed for it. I started eating carb following week, but only healthy carb like fruit, potato and brown rice. Did not gain the weight back and I feel great! If I can do it, you can do it, too!
Tips and Warnings
I would just suggest to stay at this “no carb” diet of no more than 2 weeks. Your body still needs some carbohydrate for energy.
