Before starting any diet or exercise regiment we came to be motivated. Take a night and give yourself a long hot bath. Cut out carbs. Carbohydrates take longer to burn. Bread, pasta, just take way longer to burn, and they go directly to fatty areas. Replace bread with wheat wraps or no carb bread. There are many substitutes in stores for everything so just look through the array it can take a minute to find something to your liking, but it will be worth it in the long run.
Eat 4-6 small meals a day. Not eating is a big no-no this slows down metabolism to almost stand still not lose any weight at all. Eating small portions throughout the day keeps your metabolism active and running faster.
Exercise. Cardio gets the heart pumping. Walking, jogging, eliptical are all ways to get your heart pumping. Many treadmills have a display that shows you how many calories you burn that really give you that increase.
Stay focused. Doing simple things every day on the road to weight loss. Do not give up, or expect to see results overnight I can promise a healthier you.
