It may seem hard to eat healthy when you do not have much time on their hands. Despite good intentions, sometimes McDonald’s is just too tempting. Here is a guide to show you how to eat healthy fast food

Go to restaurants like McDonald’s, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, or Wendy’s. Ask for a nutrition fact sheets or look one up on the restaurant’s website.

Check out the calorie content of different items, then consider the ingredients. Fruit is low calorie, but you need more than that to fuel your body.

Breakfast can be on your way to many people, but a balanced breakfast will have protein and fruit. Relying on nutrition fact sheets to make sure the calorie content. A meal should be between 200 and 300 calories, or a little over 300.

Order water. . . In most places, you can get a cup of ice water very cheap, sometimes free. If bottled water is available, you may prefer, but a cup of water will not cost you as much and will not have as many calories.
