This menu is recommended to be just what you eat. Other foods you are allowed to eat with red onions, radishes, peppers, pasta, butter, salad dressing, broccoli, corn, corn, spinach, corn chips, peanut butter, jam, jam, pickles, pretzels and fruit.

What not to eat
Do not eat most complex carbohydrates, and completely eliminate sugar and starch. No eating any desserts, bread, sweet potatoes, white vegetables, white onions, potatoes, celery, peas, cucumbers, carrots, nuts, sausages, cole slaw, some cheese, chili, mayonnaise, green beans, tomatoes, cabbage, potato chips or green onions.
