Steer clear of anything white refined sugar. It gets sugar the second it hits your digestive system leaving you tired and rough. Watch out for low-fat, they tend to have less fat but more sugar to make up for it.
Stay away from java. Coffee is great for a quick pick me up, but the kill like more than 3 cups a day can promote a burn out.
Take at least 30 minutes a day for yourself
Incorporate more B vitamins in the diet.
Get a good night’s sleep. Sleep deprivation is no joke. It can cause headaches, stress, anxiety, allergies, moodiness, weight gain as well. The time you go to bed is important too. Go to bed at 10 rises by 7-in instead of hitting the sac at 1 am and get up at 9am
Pack in protein. Snacks such as almonds, tuna, cheese, turkey and all sorts of nuts are fantastic resource for getting back the energy and feeling yourself again.
Drinking water. It hydrates and promotes energy too.
