Who wants to do hundreds of crunches every day just to get tight firm abs. I certainly do not, and you do not have to either. It’s been said time and again, but it’s true. Abs start in the kitchen. You are what you eat. I’m not going to tell you to change your diet, just limit portions. That’s right you heard me. Eat what you want, just not as much of it
This is not losing u00A3 10 of 10 days. . diet. So just wipe it out of your mind. Start slowly. Cut portions down by one third. So if you tend to eat 3 eggs and 4 slices of bacon for breakfast, cut it down to 2 eggs and 3 pieces of bacon for the first week. So on the other week, cutting down some more. You get the picture. Continue this process until you get down to a general size portion of food per meal.
Drink atleast 8 cups of water each day. This will help eliminate some of the hunger cravings throughout the day.
Eat atleast one fruit and one vegetable every day. So on the second week eating two fruits and two vegetables every day. On the third week, adding an extra fruits and vegetables. You should be up to three fruits and three vegetables a day and 8 glasses of water. Meanwhile meal parts becomes smaller.
