Lie down on your back with knees bent as TV programs go to commercial to start losing weight. Place your hands behind your head.
Lift your shoulders from the floor using your abdominal muscles to lose weight. Lower your shoulders back to the floor very slowly.
Repeat step 3 as many times as you can to the TV commercial break is over. When TV show comes back on sit up straight and enjoy watching TV.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 in every commercial break during the TV show, and this will cause you to lose weight.
