Ever feel fat sit at the computer all day? You can lose weight at your computer and feel better about yourself. Some jobs require sitting in front of a computer screen all day and hardly give any breaks to squeeze in a quick workout. ! Learn how you can lose weight and work at the same time

Tighten your abs. While sitting at the computer, tighten your abdominal muscles and hold for 5 to 10 seconds. Continue doing this for at least 15-30 minutes three times a day. You will be amazed result. Be sure to take a day off to give your abs a break. Over work your abs is actually worse for them than not to work them.

Keep snacks away from your computer desk. We keep snacks in small cozy holes around our computer. Before we know it, we ate four little snacks, and it’s not even lunch time yet. If you get hungry on your desk so keep snacks away. Replace snacks with some granola bars to supplement your hungry until lunch.

Drink water and not soda. Drinking soda machine operations will add unwanted pounds on your body faster than anything else. Try to drink only water on the computer desk. If you feel you absolutely need caffeine, only drinking half of soda before lunch and finish the other half for lunch.

Do leg lifts. You can easily do leg lifts at our desk while waiting for a webpage to load or a program to boot. Squeeze for 3 to 5 leg lifts at some point during the day. No one will notice, and you will burn those extra calories each day.

Answering phone calls alone. If you are on the phone a lot at the computer desk then try standing up while talking on the phone. You will find yourself going around in small circles while talking. Before you know it, you will have been at least half a kilometer during the workday.
