When it comes to being sick, there is a huge amount of pressure to get well soon. Be it cold, flu, or even more life-threatening diseases such as pneumonia, asthma, or cancer, you can heal the body naturally and effectively.

Not to negate the doctor’s orders for prescription drugs, but healing the body naturally has proven to be even more effective than any man made means because you treat the source of the problem, not just the symptoms.
By ensuring that you have a proper diet, participating in strengthening exercises, meditate and focus on spiritual healing, and general care for you, you can heal the body.

I use Ayurveda, the science of life, to treat your disease. . . Ayurveda focuses on 3 major Dosha’s or body types. They are: Vata (naturally thin people consisting of air / ether / space), Pitta (natural medium build / athletic people composed of fire and space), and Kapha (naturally larger framed people composed of fire and earth) <. br />

Most are either a combination of two dosha’s, and more often than not, outweighs the other. You can use dosha system when you are sick just by focusing on how the composition body and what foods it needs to get better.
If you are a Vata, try treating your disease by incorporating hot and nutritious foods in your diet. Steam your vegetables more often and eat healthy thick carbohydrates like potatoes and banana’s. Soups are great if they have a cream base (like cream of broccoli).

Pitta dosha need to reduce hot and spicy foods and focus on incorporating more astringent, sweet (whole grain) and bitter (garlic and green vegetables) to balance the body.
Kapha can lead to lighter and waify foods like soups, concentrating on stock and digestives. Also consume more fresh fruit, drink goat’s milk, and the freshwater fish consumption in times of illness. Breaking up meals into smaller and eat more astringent, pungent and bitter foods.

Train even if you are sick with yoga and pilates. There are major tasks that help relieve stress and tension in the body that are the causes of most diseases and illness.

Stretching is a must, especially if you are working. It is always good to take a break when you are sitting or standing long hours. Stretching, while focusing on breathing, has been said to release toxins in the body that contribute to disease.

Rest. Get an average of 8 hours of sleep is essential. If you have trouble sleeping, take a bath or a hot shower (steam often helps relieve nasal and chest congestion) to relax a tense body and mind.

The massage itself to use sesame oil [Neutrogena is easily seseme oil is the best product, I kid you not). Opt for soothing music instead of watching TV or on the news before going to bed.
Aromatherapy scents that relieve your symptoms may aide the body to rest. Also chamomile tea not only has bacteria fighting properties, but also helps the mind calm down so that during sleep, the body can repair the body and heal your sickness.

Disinfect your household and items that you come in contact with [computers especially]. Disinfect your hands regularly during the day because that reduce the spread of germs to others their, as well as yourself.
