In this article I will tell you how to do the 7 day Sacred Heart diet and if done properly for a week you will lose weight quickly between 10-17 pounds, while detoxing system

You need:.
1 0r 2 cans of stewed tamatoes.

3 plus large green onions.
1 large can of beef broth (No Fat).

1 pkg.
Lipton soup mix (chicken noodle).

1 bunch celery.
2 cans green beans.

2 lbs.

2 green peppers.


You can Season Sacred Heart soup with salt, pepper, broth or Worcestershire sauce if desired. Cut veggys up in small or medium-sized pieces and then put in the soup pan together with all other ingrediants. cover with water. Boil for 10-20 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until your veggys is the consistency you prefer. The soup is very good and you can eat as much as you want whenever you want for the entire week (even the good with day four will be forcing yourself to eat a bowl).

You can also drink all you want by following all week, but nothing else.

* Water, water, water
* Unsweetened juice

* Coffee
* Skimmed milk

* Herbal tea

Day 1 of Sacred Heart diet you can eat any fruit except bananas along with the soup all day.

Day 2 Sacred Heart diet you can eat veggys and soup all day. Eat all the vegetables you want along with soup and tonight reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter!

Day 3 Sacred Heart diet eat all the soup, fruit and veggys you want, but do not have a baked potato should have already lost 5-7 pounds during this day. You really lose weight fast on this diet!

Day 4 Sacred Heart diet eat bananas, skim milk and soup all day!


Day 5 Sacred Heart diet you may have 10 to 20 grams of beef and a can of tamatoes along with the soup.

Day 6 Sacred Heart diet you get to eat all the steak and veggys you want today along with the soup even though only half a bowl.

Day 7 Sacred Heart diet you get to eat brown rice, veggys and soup. At the end of the day if you’ve followed the Scared Heart diet correctly you will have lost a lot of weight fast (minimum 10 pounds).

Tips and Warnings

It will be hard, and you will be tired the first few days, but after that you will have more energy and will start to feel good.

This diet will not only help you lose weight fast it also cleans out your system and helps break unhealthy habits!
