Create your own package Plan
Create your own package plan based on calorie counting. You can visit several sites online to calculate calorie count to maintain your weight. For every kilo per week that you want to lose, subtract 500 calories per day from maintenance calories. If you need 2,500 calories per day to maintain your weight and want to lose 2 pounds per week, you will draw 1,000 calories a day. This gives you 1,500 calories to consume.

Once a week, buying more frozen meals at your local grocery store. Share them according to calorie count, and with a freezing marker designating them for lunch or dinner. For breakfast, have a bowl of whole grain cereals, fresh fruit and skim milk. Plan for snacks and split them up into individual portions. Make sure your daily calorie total is met. So all you have to do for lunch or dinner is microwave meal according to package directions and eat.

Any tricks to remove any calories at a time will be easy and successful.
