Going to the gym is only half the job, is the real challenge to eat healthy. This is probably easier said than done, but a good diet is the key to success

You need:. .
determination

Gym.
Fruits.

Vegetables.
Protein.

Good carbohydrates.
Good Fat.

The most important part of eating a six pack is to make sure you eat 5 small meals as opposed to 3 large meals each day. This ensures that your metabolism stays at a stable level.

Avoid the temptation. The biggest mistake most people make is to eat healthy for a few days before falling back on chips and soda for a day. This will undo all your hard work that you have done for the week, as it will add a tremendous amount of saturated fat to your body. If you have cravings and can not control it so try what I did. Next time you reach for a slice of pizza or eat french fries, stop and think yourself a six pack. You will not have the desire to continue

Key Elements of a good diet. . : Whole wheat grains, eggs, peanut butter, protein, fruits, vegetables, olive oil / linseed oil.

Put together a diet that suits you. The only way to reveal those abs is for you to enjoy your diet. I know it might sound a little strange, but if you start dieting halfheartedly, you will not be able to stick to it.

Do not worry about getting protein if you are a vegeterian. I am also a vegeterian and retrieved my protein from meat substitutes as Boca and Morningstar patties. Also be sure to drink whey protein since it is a great source of protein and aids in muscle building.

A sample diet for me included:
Week 1:

Breakfast (8 am): 3 egg whites, 8 oz orange juice. Snack 1 (10:30 am): 1 tablespoon peanut butter, flavored reduced fat fruit yogurt. Lunch (12:00 pm): Chicken patty sandwich (or Morningstar patty if you’re veggie) with a slice of cheese, 1 medium banana. Snack 2 (3:00 pm): 8 oz. chocolate milk. Dinner (07:00): Boneless chicken wings (Morningstar patty if you’re veggie), cooked 1/4 cup broccoli (with salt and pepper to taste), 1 Microwave baked potato (with salt and pepper to taste).
This sample diet was taken from Men’s Health Belly Off program. I recommend this program for you since it is simple, effective, and above all enjoyable.

Variety is the key. Most people can not keep a good six pack diet for too long because they get sick of eating the same thing every day. Change your diet weekly so you will not get tired of eating the same thing. Last but not least. Make sure you also hit the gym three days a week every other day, and follow a workout that suits you. Be sure to also do some good cardio workouts.
