This is a step by step way to start losing weight, I will do this as well and will be adding more information in the beginning of every month with new ideas, we can do it !!!!
A strong desire to lose weight.
Start walking daily for 15 minutes each day the first week, then add 5 minutes each week, at the end of the month you should be 30 minutes daily
Drink no less than 8 glasses of water per day, unless there is a medical reason why you should not, try and reach a goal of a gallon per day by the end of the month.
This month gives you a fatting foods that you love, for example, if it is sweets, starches. breads, sugar or whatever, just one thing, and then cut down on the rest. I’ll give you candy.
Do not be discouraged if you screw up so start all over again, do this even if you have to start over every day this month ,, just keep trying until you can do it.

I am 49 years old and weighs in at 185 pounds, and I’m only five meters high. My goal is to lose at least 5-10 pounds in my first month. We all gain weight for various reasons min’s because I was married for 28 years, and then got a divorce, so my husband could be a kid again. . lol ,, I began to hang up because I was depressed, and then I was depressed because I was getting fat, sooo I ate more because I was depressed because I was gaining weight ,, an endless cycle. . but regardless of the reason for increasing weight let us lose it together “one step at a time… I want to add additional steps next month and tell you how I have done and hope to hear from you back on your success
