C25K week 5 day 2

So I completed C25K week 5 day 2 on Wednesday. Tony came along even though he hasn’t been keeping up with the program as I have. We set out a route and woke up at 6am ready to get moving. The first 8 min run was good. Just as I thought I wasn’t going to be able to make it I was alerted to start walking. It was the 2nd 8 min run that got me. Actually it wasn’t so much the running, it was the hill to my house in the last 2 mins of running that made it so difficult. But in the end I finished and again I didn’t pass out.

This morning was supposed to be my first 20 min run but it was raining  pretty hard so I immediately reset my alarm and went back to sleep. I probably will not do it until monday. I have signed on to do 2 double shifts this weekend so needless to say I will be exhausted. If I am not fully rested I will not run to my full capacity. I plan on trying to attempt to get some sort of exercise in but really  may just be too tired to do any thing other than sleep.
