Wow, I am extremely happy. I worked out hard, kept a close eye on my calories & the type of food I consumed and it most definitely paid off.
Recap
Last week I made it a point to re-vamp what I was doing. Nothing was working for me my body is fighting me every step of the way. It teases me with the 240′s only to snatch them away the next week. I was extremely determined not to slide back to the 250′s. So I walked everyday on my lunch break. Each walk was about 2.8 miles or more depending. Then I was coming home and also exercising. I either ran or went to the gym. I tried waking up early a few days but my body/mind was not having it. I even thought I woke up one morning and had a great workout only to wake up and realize I was dreaming. Tony tried waking me up a few times, it just was NOT happening.
Along with the exercising I also made sure to keep my calories under 1600 daily. That’s just for eating. If I exercised then I tried to eat back some calories but still making sure I didn’t surpass 1600. I made sure I wrote everything down in myfooddiary. I am happy that all of this paid off.
What really stinks though is now I feel burnt out & I really don’t want to do shit. I mean real talk exercising twice daily really takes a toll when you want to do other things like lay down (lol). I know I will love the results, especially from going to the gym. I have a new fav machine the torso twist!!! I love it because it’s what i hate the most…my love handles. If I could cut them off and not worry about bleeding to death I would be a happy camper. Despite my feelings towards going hard again this week it needs to be done. Life hasn’t changed and I still need to lose the weight.

So update, update…..SIKE there is nothing to update. I have been acting like a punk & when I got to my 25 min run I staight up stopped running! FOR 2 WEEKS. Now I am well not quite back to square one but I need to do a few more 20 mins runs before I decide to tackle a 25 min run. Once I do the 25 min run I will finish up the C25k. I am trying to go to sleep early tonight so I can get a run in tomorrow morning..we shall see if going to sleep early makes a difference.
My birthday is in 12 days and personally I cannot wait. I never do anything super special but still. I am actually somewhat angry this year because the bakery that I have gotten my birthday cake from every year since I was small closed this past october & I really do not know what I am going to do for cake. Maybe nothing, sort of like an in memoriam for my old birthday cake. Yes I am that sad…it was such a simple yummy cake and while other people do make it, no one makes it like them.
