Thoughts
This week was such a great week for me eating and exercise wise. While I didn’t come close to burning 1000 cals a day (I only hit that on my Zumba day), I did exercise 6 out of 7 days! I also tracked everything going into my body all week. That’s right 7 full days of tracking. I didn’t make that a priority it just happened. How’s that 2 non-scale victories in 1 week! I am so excited to be back at 245 lbs. It’s only took 2.5 months to get back here.
I think I want to start chronicaling my weekly calories in/calories out (from the previous week) on my weigh in posts. So to start for last week:
Calories in: 12,038
Calories out: 3648
I think it’ll really help me see the changes in why I do or don’t lose weight.
For this week intend to do everything I did last week. You know what they say “if it ain’t broke,don’t try to fix it!” I have to stay on top of my exercise because Tony’s brother is getting married on Friday and I already know I will not have any time to get any exercise that day. I may try to wake up early to squeeze in maybe a 20 min BL DVD but we all know I am NOT a morning person.








1000 calories a day! That’s a lot of calorie burning:) Some days I track mine on fitday and track food and while I understand the math of calories in vs. calories out, it never seems to really work that way for me. Maybe it is the whole aging and metabolism slowing thing:(
