Thoughts:
Hooooorayyyy. I have a confession to make…..I didn’t go to the gym at all last week. Not once. I thought about it but never quite made it after hauling bag after bag of wall/tiles/insulation etc into a dumpster. I ate well even though I also didn’t track at all last week. Despite all that I lost 2.5 lbs…yippee
Saturday I actually got a bit of exercise in, Tony & I walked along the revere beach reservation. I mean we did it in order to get some great roast beef sandwiches (from Kelly’s) but still it was exercise. We walked about 3.2 miles to and from.
I’ve decided that it’s in my best interest to set weekly goals so this is the first week. Be sure to share your weekly goals in the comment section.

~ Get to the gym at least 5 days this week
~ Drink more water daily
