“1 Roll down & 2 to go!”
That is what I said to my bf this morning as I looked in the mirror at my body. He just laughed at me. I was serious though because I used to have 3 rolls on my torso and 1 is gone and the 2nd one is about 2 months from also being finito! e for me! I feel like this is when weight loss is the best, the scale likes to play tricks with your mind and on weeks you think you do well you are up 2 lbs. On weeks you “fail horribly” you are down. The mirror does not lie and you know every roll & dimple, so when one disappears it make take a little bit to notice but when you do….it’s happy dance time.
I decided to add strength training to my routine 3 days a week. I have my 10lb dumbbells and I am currently scouring the internets for a few more exercises to add to my list. I want things I can do during commercial breaks while I am watching television. I did a strength & sculpt Biggest loser routine yesterday so I start my own routine tomorrow. I cannot wait.
I made a menu for the week and tonights meal is low-fat chicken enchiladas. I hope they come out well. I have never made them before and I don’t even think I have ever eaten an enchilada before. The picture looked yummy, if my cam acts right maybe I will have some pictures.
Do you have any favorite strength exercises that you can recommend.
P.S. Lost tonight!!! Where my LOSTIES AT? *he he*

Go, you! That’s awesome! I have many rolls, but I’ve been too ashamed to count them. *blush* However, maybe I should so I can count those suckers goodbye.
Isn’t that the best feeling ever seeing a roll VANISH!!
I think adding strength training is a great idea, you’re going to feel like a superwoman!
